Key Nutrition delivers corporate wellness programs, seminars, cooking demonstrations and workshops which deliver long term change specifically for your employee needs.

What We Offer:

  • Key Nutrition offers entertaining, interactive seminars to educate your staff to help them perform at their best. We can help you decide which sessions will be right for your workplace – just talk to Annelies about it. This has proven to be the most effective when our participants receive specific nutritional strategies for both home and work.
  • Long term nutritional programs for your employees. We offer program/challenges from 8-12 weeks depending on the demand of your business.
  • Interactive supermarket tours where we organise this with your staff to learn how to read labels, build healthy meals and avoid the marketing traps!
  • Food demonstrations or healthy cooking workshops e.g healthy lunch or snack ideas for work.
  • One on one nutrition consultations on site. We will work with each member of your team to assess their overall health and wellbeing and help them to make nutrition, health and training goals. These sessions can range from 30 mins to 1 hour.
