Ingredients (2 serves) :
2 small-medium steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
4 handfuls of seasonal vegetables (greens, mushrooms, capsicum, beans, courgette, etc
1 tbsp tamari sauce
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Heat a fry pan over medium heat with the olive oil. Add the ginger, garlic and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add in the seasonal vegetables and stir to combine. Cook for 4-5 minutes, add in the tamari sauce and some extra water if needed.
Cook the steaks to your liking with some more olive oil and salt/ pepper seasoning.
** For males or physically active females, add an additional 1/2- 1 cup kumara mash.
