Ingredients (4 serves) :
1 can chili beans
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes (crushed tomatoes are also good)
2 medium capsicums, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Optional: 10 dashes Tabasco sauce
Heat a pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add garlic and onions and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Garnish with coriander and some sliced avocado.
