Ingredients (1 serve) :
1 scoop protein powder (Go Good)
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings: 1 tbsp seeds, 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt, 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Blend banana, egg, protein powder, almond milk and cinnamon together.
Heat a fry pan over medium heat with coconut oil and pour the mixture into the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes each side until the bubbles start to appear. Flip and cook on the other side.
Place on a plate and top with your favourite toppings.
** For males or physically active females, add an additional 1/4-1/2 cup oats with more almond milk.
