Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients (1 serve) :

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 handful of ice

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 2 tbp coconut cream

  • 1 scoop Go Good Protein powder or 2 tbsp hydrolysed Collagen

  • 1 tsp chia/ flaxseeds

Toppings: 1 tbsp shredded coconut


Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together until it is a thick, icy consistency.

  2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with shredded coconut.

** For males or physically active females, add an additional 1/4-1/2 cup oats.
