Ingredients (1 serve) :
1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh pineapple
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 handful of ice
1/2 cup coconut water
2 tbp coconut cream
1 scoop Go Good Protein powder or 2 tbsp hydrolysed Collagen
1 tsp chia/ flaxseeds
Toppings: 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Blend all ingredients together until it is a thick, icy consistency.
Pour into a bowl and decorate with shredded coconut.
** For males or physically active females, add an additional 1/4-1/2 cup oats.
