Ingredients (1 serve):
1 whole organic lemon
1 scoop natural protein powder or 2 tbsp hydrolysed collagen
Handful of organic spinach
1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Manuka honey
2 Brazil nuts
Place all ingredients into a blender (including the whole lemon) and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
** If you are a male or you are fairly physically active, then please add 1/4-1/2 cup oats.
