Korean Spiced Beef Mince

Serve with rice/ noodles or cauliflower/ broccoli rice as a low carb option. Simple, tasty and nutritious healthy meal to whip up throughout the week!

Ingredients (4 serves)

  • 500g premium beef mince

  • 3 garlic cloves, diced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce (gf option)

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (could swap for 1 tbsp honey)

  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce

  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

  • Handful of chopped fresh coriander


  1. Pre-heat a fry pan on low-medium heat with a dash of olive oil. Saute the onions, garlic and ginger for a few minutes. Add in the beef mince and cook until brown.

  2. Add in the sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, chilli sauce and cook for another few minutes. Season to taste. Garnish with spring onions, coriander and serve with noodles/ rice or broccoli/ cauliflower rice.
