Kiwifruit Smoothie
This kiwifruit smoothie is packed full fibre, protein, Vitamin A & C, giving you close to half your daily dietary fibre intake.

Ingredients (one serve)
2 kiwifruits, peeled and chopped
1 banana
3 scoops Mitchells Collagen Powder
2 scoops natural protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds (or any other seed)
1 tbsp honey
2 cups spinach
Unsweetened almond or coconut milk to top
Method
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy
