Homemade Baked Beans

Ingredients (2 serves) :
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
1/2 tsp dried herbs
400g tinned tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato chutney
400g can butter beans
400g can kidney beans
Method
Heat oil in a large fry pan on medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until soft, 3-5 minutes. Add cumin, paprika, dried herbs, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce has thickened. Serve on 1-2 pieces of paleo/sourdough piece of toast with 1 x fried egg on top (optional) and garnish with parsley.
** For males or physically active females, have two pieces of toast.
