Green Gut Smoothie

Ingredients (1 serve):

  • 1 cup pineapple 

  • 1 whole kiwifruit (including skin) 

  • 1/2 small cucumber 

  • 1 stalk celery 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water

  • Handful of spinach 

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice   2 tbsp hydrolysed collagen or 1 scoop protein powder 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

** If you are a male or a very physically active female then please add 1/4-1/2 cup oats as well.
