Ingredients (1 serve):
1 cup pineapple
1 whole kiwifruit (including skin)
1/2 small cucumber
1 stalk celery
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
Handful of spinach
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp hydrolysed collagen or 1 scoop protein powder
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
** If you are a male or a very physically active female then please add 1/4-1/2 cup oats as well.
