Green Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients (1 serve):

  • 1 frozen banana 

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 

  • 1 cup coconut water 

  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves 

  • 1/4 avocado 

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger  2 tbsp hydrolysed collagen

  • Ice/ water

Method

  1. Place everything in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

** For males or physically active females, add an additional 1/4-1/2 cup oats.
