
Green Ginger Smoothie

Most people dont’ get enough vegetables in their diet. Vegetables are the most powerful superfood you can get out there! Smoothies are a great way to get some added veggies into your day!

Ingredients (serves 1)
1/2 apple or pear
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Immunity Fuel
Handful of spinach/ kale/ green leaves
Small handful of parsley 1 tsp honey or peanut butter
Unsweetened Almond/ Coconut Milk to fill
Method
Blend everything together and serve with ice. Drink immediately or put in fridge to have later!
