Green Ginger Smoothie

Most people dont’ get enough vegetables in their diet. Vegetables are the most powerful superfood you can get out there! Smoothies are a great way to get some added veggies into your day! 

Ingredients (serves 1) 

  • 1/2 apple or pear 

  • 1/2 avocado 

  • 1/2 banana 

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp Immunity Fuel 

  • Handful of spinach/ kale/ green leaves 

  • Small handful of parsley 1 tsp honey or peanut butter 

  • Unsweetened Almond/ Coconut Milk to fill 


  1. Blend everything together and serve with ice. Drink immediately or put in fridge to have later!
