Green Energy Balls

This simple 5- ingredient recipe is so quick and easy to have as a snack option. I wanted to make a snack that I could enjoy between meals that was nutrient dense, simple, and tasty. I think this recipe ticks all of those boxes.


  •  1 cup mixed nuts 

  • 1 cup fresh dates

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder


1 Mix together in a blender, adding water to get desired consistency. Once rolled into balls, you can roll in ground pumpkin seeds if you wish. Store in fridge for up to four days or in freezer for a couple of months.
