Green Dressing

This amazing, tasty and nutritious green dressing will be your new favourite! This dressing is packed full of Vitamin A, K, E and C, fibre, zinc, Omega-3 and magnesium! Add to any salads, patties, stir-frys, pasta dishes and many more! Once made, this can be stored into the fridge for up to one week! 

Ingredients (makes 10 serves)

 

  • Small handful parsley 

  • Small handful coriander 

  • Small handful basil 

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil OR extra virgin olive oil  

  • 1/4 cup water 

  • 1 clove garlic 

  • Small handful cashews 

  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

  • 1/2 lemon juice 

  • 1-2  tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • salt + pepper 


Method 

1. Add all ingredients into a Nutri bullet and blend until smooth. Store in fridge for up to one week and add to EVERYTHING!
