2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, sliced into rings
30gm ginger, sliced into small bits
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
Heat oil in a wok fry pan on high heat for about 60 seconds. Add onions, garlic, green beans, ginger and stir to combine. Cook for a few minutes. Add in soy sauce, coconut sugar and sesame oil and mix to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes or so until onions are light brown. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve immediately. Season to taste.
