Feijoa Smoothie

This refreshing and creamy smoothie is a great way to start the day or simply have as a snack option! Make the most of the feijoas when they are in season and make a smoothie everyday! They are full of Vitamin C, B complex, fibre, polyphenols and antioxidants.

Ingredients
1 banana
2 feijoas
1 scoop vanilla plant protein
1 cup almond milk
2 Brazil nuts
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 handful of spinach
ice/ water
Method
Blend together and add ice/ water to the consistency you like. Serve and drink immediately.
