Ingredients (1 serve) :
1/2 cup berries (or any other seasonal fruit e.g kiwifruit, oranges, pineapple, watermelon, stone fruits)
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
6 walnuts, chopped up
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp manuka honey
Place fruit in a bowl and top with yoghurt, chia seeds, walnuts, cinnamon and honey.
