Coconut, Fruit & Walnut Bowl

Ingredients (1 serve) :

  • 1/2 cup berries (or any other seasonal fruit e.g kiwifruit, oranges, pineapple, watermelon, stone fruits)

  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 6 walnuts, chopped up

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp manuka honey


  1. Place fruit in a bowl and top with yoghurt, chia seeds, walnuts, cinnamon and honey.
