Coconut Fruit Bowl

Ingredients (1 serve):

  • 1 cup chopped seasonal fruit (kiwifruit, berries, pineapple, etc)

  • 8 walnuts, chopped

  • 2-3 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 

  • 2 tbsp hydrolysed collagen 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds or flaxseed oil 


  1. Chop the fruit and place on the bottom of the bowl then top with walnuts, coconut yoghurt, seeds, cinnamon, collagen and a dash of almond milk (if needed).

** For males or physically active females, add an additional 1/2 cup oats.
