Ingredients (1 serve):
1 cup chopped seasonal fruit (kiwifruit, berries, pineapple, etc)
8 walnuts, chopped
2-3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp hydrolysed collagen
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds or flaxseed oil
Chop the fruit and place on the bottom of the bowl then top with walnuts, coconut yoghurt, seeds, cinnamon, collagen and a dash of almond milk (if needed).
** For males or physically active females, add an additional 1/2 cup oats.
