This EASY ice-cream recipe will satisfy those sweet cravings without all the added sugar, emulsifiers and preservatives that are in most of the store-bought ice-cream. With only 4 ingredients, you will have no excuse for time to whip this up!
Ingredients (serves 1-2)
1 frozen banana
1 scoop Go Good Chocolate Protein Powder
1/4- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp peanut butter
Place all ingredients into a blender and serve in a bowl straight away! Can be stored in freezer for up to 3 days. Additional toppings or added ingredients: cacao nibs, almond butter, fruit, maple syrup, shredded coconut, chia seeds, nuts, seeds, granola, etc.
