Ingredients (10 serves) :
2 tsp cinnamon
1 orange, squeezed and rind
1 tbsp honey
1 scoop natural protein powder
1 cup activated almonds
1 cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 2 hours)
1 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp cacao powder
Process the almonds until they are like crumbs. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until well combined.
Using wet hands, roll the mixture into balls and place on a plate or container
Chill in the fridge for an hour to set (if you can wait that long) and enjoy as a healthy eating snack.
