Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients (1 serve):

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ banana, mashed

  • 2 tbsp hydrolysed collagen 

  • ¼ cup almonds

  • Handful almonds

  • Handful fresh raspberries

  • Handful fresh blueberries

Method

  1. Place the chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and stir to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Place in the fridge to set for 10 minutes.

  2. When the pudding has set (in the morning), top it with a handful of fresh raspberries, blueberries and almonds.

** For males or physically active females, increase to 1 banana and add in 1 tbsp peanut butter.
