Berry Smoothie

Very refreshing breakfast or snack option! Packed full of fibre, antioxidants and minerals, this smoothie is a great way to start your day!


Ingredients (serves 1)

1/2 cup frozen berries

1 banana

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp greek or coconut yoghurt

1 serve Go Good Vanilla Protein Powder


Method

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
