Ingredients (1 serve) :
1/2 cup berries
Small handful of spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder (or 2 tbsp hydrolysed collagen)
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Blend all ingredients in serve immediately.
** For males or physically active females, add an additional 1/4-1/2 cup oats.
