Berry Smoothie

Ingredients (1 serve) :

  • 1 banana 

  • 1/2 cup berries 

  • Small handful of spinach 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 1 scoop protein powder (or 2 tbsp hydrolysed collagen) 

  • Ice/water

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in serve immediately.

** For males or physically active females, add an additional 1/4-1/2 cup oats.
