4 Ingredient Pork & Peanut Patties

These easy, tasty and delicious pork and peanut patties only contain 4 ingredients. Serve with a nice Thai/ Asian salad or some seasonal greens.

Ingredients (4 serves)

  • 500g pork mince

  • 1 onion, diced finely

  • 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (pic's or fix n fogg)

  • 1 heaped tbsp sweet chilli sauce


  1. Heat a fry pan on low- medium heat with a decent dash of extra virgin olive oil.

  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Roll into about 8 small patties.

  3. Place each pattie in the fry pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes each side until it is cooked to your liking.

  4. Serve with a asian style salad/ burger bun or some seasonal vegetables. Season to taste.
