I love to help people find their vitality in life through nutrition. I have been in the industry since 2014 never missing an opportunity for ongoing learning, I keep up to date with the ever growing body of evidence around diet and its impact on  gut health, disease and overall well-being.

I take a holistic approach to my practice,  primarily specializing in gastrointestinal (gut) health which I believe is at the root of most imbalances within the body. Additionally I love to explore the gut/brain connection and support those with mental health concerns through nutrition.

When needed I utilize functional testing methods such as the complete microbiome mapping and/or advanced neurotransmitter/andrenocortex stress testing to go deeper into why people may be suffering with long term gut/brain concerns.

I always work in a realistic  way that will make reaching your goals an achievable task, and offer free 15 minute phone consultations so together we can decide if I am the right Nutritionist for you.

When your ready to get to the bottom of your gut health issues get in touch, I look forward to working with you!

Registered  Clinical Nutritionist

  • Bachelor of Sport and Recreation

  • Diploma in Science, majoring in Human Nutrition

After being diagnosed at 18 years of age with Crohn’s disease, nutrition and health became an overwhelmingly big part of my life. I learnt the importance behind taking the time to fully understand the body, which in turn lead me to study and graduate from Massey university with a nutrition degree.

Through experiencing life with a chronic disease, I have grown a passion for teaching the importance of understanding nutrition on multiple levels. From combating illness to achieving results in performance and health, I love working with people from all walks of life.

My interest lies in sports nutrition. It brings me such joy and fulfilment working with athletes to develop and refine the best nutrition plan suited to them. To ensure they see the results and achieve the goals they have set and to help guide them to become the best version of themselves that they can possibly be.

From tennis, hockey, touch, bodybuilding, group fitness classes and CrossFit, I too have a passion for sport and I look forward to helping you reach your health, fitness and sporting goals.

Qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist & Holistic Nutritionist

  • Diploma in Health Science

  • Advanced Diploma in Health Science (Naturopathy & Nutrition)

I’m a qualified Naturopath (Naturopathic College of New Zealand) after undergoing a significant career change in finance and as a research analyst, following my own health concerns with acne.

Like most fed up women that have skin concerns, I tried EVERYTHING! Different cosmetics, skin treatments, medication, healthy eating and spent a lot of time and money on trying to heal my skin. It was after sometime that I decided that I would stop using all products and seek the treatment of a Naturopath, Chinese Acupuncturist and Nutritionist to assist me on my skin health journey. And with time I saw great results by working with these natural health practitioners. This is when I realised that I wanted to be that person that helped other women like me with overcoming their skin concerns and assist them on their way back to being their confident selves.

As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and support my clients with their own health conditions, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.

My approach includes a combination of nutrition, lifestyle, sleep and stress support as well as herbal medicine, supplementation and complementary therapies should your health and vitality require these.

If you've tried everything and still haven't been able to overcome your health concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to find out how I can help you restore and revitalise your health.
