I love what I do! I have  been working in the Nutrition and Fitness Industry for over 10 years now. I love to help people find their vitality in life through nutrition. I have been in the industry since 2014 never missing an opportunity for ongoing learning, I keep up to date with the ever growing body of evidence around diet and its impact on  gut health, disease and overall well-being.

I take a holistic approach to my practice,  primarily specializing in gastrointestinal (gut) health which I believe is at the root of most imbalances within the body. Additionally I love to explore the gut/brain connection and support those with mental health concerns through nutrition.


When needed I utilize functional testing methods such as the complete microbiome mapping and/or advanced neurotransmitter/andrenocortex stress testing to go deeper into why people may be suffering with long term gut/brain concerns.


I always work in a realistic  way that will make reaching your goals an achievable task, and offer free 15 minute phone consultations so together we can decide if I am the right Nutritionist for you.
