$170 Individual (via in clinic (Auckland), Skype / FaceTime or phone)
$250 couples (via in clinic (Auckland), Skype / FaceTime or phone)

Your first 60/90 min session is to help me understand your goals. I complete a full assessment on your lifestyle, health and diet to then customize a meal plan for your personal needs. Anthropometric measurements will be included along with any related questions!

You will then receive a complete tailored nutrition plan that is specific to your health goals, recommendations on lifestyle factors, loads of tasty recipes, supplementation recommendation (if required) and an overall understanding of a balanced lifestyle.
