 Eating the right foods will help keep your gut microbiome healthy — which is instrumental to your overall health.

Your gut microbiome  is made up of trillions of bacteria and other microorganisms — both friendly and unfriendly.

Maintaining the right balance of friendly and unfriendly bacteria in your gut is touted to improve digestion, reduce inflammation, decrease anxiety, as well as improve brain function and mood.

A healthy balance of gut bacteria can help boost metabolism, eliminate cravings, and help you shed unwanted weight.

What's changed?

While medical centers have evolved and remedies can easily be purchased for pretty much any health concern, the overall health of humans today is much lower in comparison to our ancient predecessors. It seems ironic, right? It may come as no surprise that the modern diet is extremely different from that of our ancestors. When you think of a caveman’s dinner menu, chips, coca-cola, and chewy granola bars don’t exactly come to mind. You see, our ancestors didn’t have to think about it. They didn’t take probiotic pills. Their guts weren’t messed up like ours, simply because there weren’t so many foods available that are capable of messing up the gut! They consumed a diverse variety of plant based foods and wild-caught meats. Over the years of mass food production and increased food availability, our poor gut's have had a beating and need some serious love! 


Our 8 Week Gut Health Program has been specially designed by a qualified Nutritionist to give you the guidance you need to get your gut back on track and feeling great!


How it works


This program gives your gut a break from common irritants like processed food, legumes, dairy, sugar and refined grains allowing an opportunity for healing. You will receive a goal each week that focuses on healing and sealing the gut and improving digestion and food absorption. 


The gut healing process varies from days to weeks to months depending on how damaged your gut is, or how imbalanced your microbiome may be . Once your gut is healed, sealed and balanced you can start to incorporate some of the foods you love back into your diet slowly. 


Once you have signed up, you will complete a health questionnaire. We will  review this at the end of the program to compare your results before and after. Rest assured you will be supported throughout your journey.

Do you suffer from bloating, indigestion, reflux, diarrhoea, constipation, skin problems, irregular bowel motions, suppressed immune system, bad breath and food intolerances? Don't worry you are not alone!  Nearly every single person we see at the Key Nutrition Clinic has some sort of gut malfunction and it's always the first thing we fix! If you have more complex gut issues (e.g IBD, Crohn's, colitis, diverticulosis, cancer, etc) we recommend you consult your GP or Specialist before conducting this program to ensure it is right for you. If you are in the care of a specialist we are happy to work along side you with extra support.

What the Program Includes 


The 8 Week Gut Health Program includes everything you need to help heal your gut and restore the balance of microbiome.  All the content, recipes and information is broken down into fortnightly plans and is easy to access online once you gain your personal member login.


A fortnightly meal plan with access to over 50 different gut-healthy recipes. All the recipes are easy to prepare! We have designed the meal plan as the goal to “cook once, eat twice” so you eat your dinner meal with leftovers for lunch the next day.

Gut Health Information. You will have access to several resources that contain lots of information 

about our digestive system and nutrient absorption. You can easily download these resources and print out to stick on your fridge or in your room. 


Weekly Goal setting videos which will be sent to you via email. Each week will be a different goal all related to our digestive system. 

Hands on Deck

Weekly emails all related to gut health and a topic of the week.


Supplement Protocol: In some cases we will recommend the additional support of a supplement, such as enzymes or probiotics, depending on what you may need. We only use quality supplements at discounted prices to assist you with the gut healing process.
