Feijoa Smoothie

This refreshing and creamy smoothie is a great way to start the day or simply have as a snack option! Make the most of the feijoas when they are in season and make a smoothie everyday! They are full of Vitamin C, B complex, fibre, polyphenols and antioxidants.

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana
  • 2 feijoas
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Brazil nuts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • ice/ water

Method

  1. Blend together and add ice/ water to the consistency you like. Serve and drink immediately.
