1 x Initial (75 mins) Nutrition Consultation + 2 x 45 min Follow Up Consultation

$400 (saving $50)

Your first 60/90 min session is to help me understand your goals. I complete a full assessment on your lifestyle, health and diet to then customize a meal plan for your personal needs. Anthropometric measurements will be included along with any related questions!You will then receive a complete tailored nutrition plan that is specific to your health goals, recommendations on lifestyle factors, loads of tasty recipes, supplementation recommendation (if required) and an overall understanding of a balanced lifestyle.

The follow up Consultations is where we will track your progress and modify your diet in areas if required. Your essential measurements will be taken again, and any other changes you require .This is a package deal so you can use the follow up appointments accordingly.
