About Me

Hey, I'm Annelies!

Back in 2018, about 6 months into my crossfit journey, I had become really passionate about it and decided to tap into nutrition to create my next level of results. I was able to utilise my nutrition degree and experience to maximise my energy, recovery and strength.

​I see lots of women exercising but not understanding the importance of nutrition for performance, recovery and overall health. That’s why I have created this program. As an expert in nutrition and someone who loves to exercise, I want to help you and am so excited to see you get results as we work together!

What we'll cover

During our time together we will cover the following topics, personalised to you, your body, training regime and goals:

  • Pre and post workout meals
  • Adapting nutrition (and training) based around your menstrual cycle
  • Supplementation
  • Hydration
  • Nutrition for maximum energy
  • Recovery nutrition
  • Lifestyle factors (e.g stress, sleep, busy lifestyle)
  • Other health issues (e.g gut health)
  • Mindful eating

Our goal

Imagine this day-in at the end of your program...

You wake up confident about what you are going to eat each day. You show up to your exercise sessions with a high level of energy because you have fueled your body correctly. You’re lifting heavier weights because your muscle mass has increased and your fitness is easier because your body fat has reduced. You’re no longer feeling sore with low energy when you wake up because your body is getting the recovery nutrition it needs. Oh and you now workout comfortably and confidently with your top off, because you are confident with your body composition!

This is 100% possible when you support your fitness and training regime with the specific nutrition support.

Momentum

6 Week

Women and men who need that boost of nutrition support to help them achieve their exercise and health goals. These goals could include: Increasing energy, dropping body fat, improving recovery or overall performance. This program is the perfect kick-start to have you on your way to smashing life goals.

  • Initial 1hr Zoom or Face to Face consultation where we conduct a diet, health and lifestyle assessment so I can create a personalised nutrition plan that is specific to your goals.
  • 3x fortnightly 30min progress consults where we track your progress, amend your nutrition plan (if needed) and help you stay on track
  • Voice and text message support as direct access to me between sessions for feedback and support to maintain momentum
  • Access to my sports nutrition treasure chest so you are equipped with the knowledge and tools to make decisions that maximise your results during and after this program.

The only thing you need to do is DECIDE TO TAKE ACTION. I’ll help you with the rest.

Transform

12 week

Women and Men who are ready to transform their knowledge, body and mindset to maximise their exercise performance and health goals. Your health goals include: increasing energy, dropping body fat, gaining lean muscle mass, improving recovery and overall exercise performance. You will walk away after three months knowing exactly how to fuel your body and be in tune with your body. We will cover a range of topics including lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep and mindful eating + learning to train to your physiology.

  • Initial 1hr Zoom or Face to Face consultation where we conduct a diet, health and lifestyle assessment so I can create a personalised nutrition plan that is specific to your goals.
  • 6x Fortnightly 30min progress consults where we track your progress, amend your nutrition plan (if needed) and help you stay on track.
  • Blood Work Analysis where we analyse all your health markers before and after the program e.g cholesterol, nutrient levels, kidney and liver function
  • Weekly check in messages via WhatsApp  in the weeks there is no zoom consults so that you have accountability to stay on track to create results.
  • 3x monthly meal plans that are personalised to your training regime and specific goals.
  • Access to my sports nutrition treasure chest so you are equipped with the knowledge and tools to make decisions that maximise your results during and after this program.
